Karen’s dance fitness classes are much loved by all her students and she brings an incredible passion, energy and buckets of fun and love for what she does to each and every class. For many years you have asked Karen if you can watch her classes online. Well now you can!
 

Dance fitness classes increase your fitness levels and burn lots of calories during those booty shakin sessions (more than 600 per hour). They are also incredibly good for your soul!

Karen’s classes always have a fabulous vibe and are filled with so many fun routines that will have you smiling from start to finish. Those feel good endorphins that you get from taking one of her classes will last you right throughout the day!

Karen has a unique style and blends fabulous Latin music with current and all time favourite pop tunes. Her classes and choreography are easy to follow and of course you can work at your own pace!!!...There is no such thing as having 2 left feet! Enjoy all the dance rhythms in one class:- merengue, salsa, cha cha, reggaeton, cumbia, flamenco, pop, Bollywood, Paso Doble, jive, rock’n’roll, tango, burlesque, samba & many more. 
 

In difficult times we all need to look out for each other as a community and Karen wants to make a difference in your life, keeping you fit both physically and most importantly mentally.
